I have faith in Gunn but I did hear that they wanted to make it much more kid friendly as opposed to the edgy Snyderverse movies. It definitely looks like it’s more geared towards kids.
Ok this trailer makes me want to see the Superman movie less.
Doesn't really sway me either way. Very much in line with what I saw in the previous trailers.
Doesn't look especially child orientated though. A lot of Luthor going on about murdering people's families.
The effects looks very good, except for the scenes where they zoom around Superman swinging things. There's scenes at 1:24ish and 1:30ish that look bad. Otherwise, I do like the aesthetics of the effects.
I'll probably wait for some review to make a decision.
Also...come on! Just completely ignoring the structural integrity of a falling sky-scraper? If Superman just holds it in the middle the thing is going to break in half at the pressure point!
Who do they think they're fooling with this nonsense??

Whoever is responsible for that trailer cut should be fired. I usually am willing to give a movie a fighting chance, despite the trailer, but they should not have included any dialogue from the movie in that trailer cut. Acting, lines and delivery seem so deadpanned and uninspiring.
Don't get me wrong, i'll probably watch it still, but i don't think this trailer will do it any favors in the box office

They need to get some of the writers for The Boys. I remember the first season when Homelander is talking about how he can’t just hold up the plane without breaking it.
Downton Abbey is like a big warm hug; nothing came close to the brilliance of the first season but I absolutely love the world and the characters.

I am looking forward to this because...I love Spaceballs (who doesn't), Mel Brooks is a comedy genius but also...that trailer gave away NOTHING. I have literally no idea what to expect other than unadulterated awesome.
