Finished off the new season of Black Mirror. Some clunkers in there for sure, but still not bad. At least two of the episodes were feature movie length which is unnecessary.
I enjoyed the sequel to the Callister episode but IMO they went too far with the sci-fi aspect. That's not exactly what made previous episodes great.
Now I am working my way through the Larry Sanders show. I had watched bits and pieces but never the whole thing. It is greatness, maybe the best sitcom ever done. You would never have a show like Curb Your Enthusisam if this hadn't paved the way.
It really illustrates how the show integrated the personal side of the stories alongside some pretty damned bang-on realism.
I will recommend Empathie here again as well (on crave). I know french so it may be a bit different for people in cowgary, but it's very well done and similar vein
The Studio was great with lots of laughs and memorable moments. Reminds me a bit of Curb with a morally ambiguous lead navigating Hollywood in situations where you are either hating them or rooting for them.
Also enjoying Poker Face. It’s basically a Columbo remake with enough changed about the main character to not have to call it a Columbo remake. Like the episodic nature and that it’s a TV show trying to a be a show and not a cut up movie. Did have a chuckle at my wife with 10 minutes left in first episode asking how they were going to stretch this over an entire season when the mystery was already wrapping up.

Re-watching The Bear to prep for Season 4. This is my third re-watch (once by myself, once to introducte the wife to it, and now we're re-watching together). Still very enjoyable the third time around. Love watching the different character arcs start to develop more and more. And I'm reminded how good the music soundtrack is.
