I asked if they think it's a bit deranged and concerning that Trump retweeted a conspiracy theory that Biden was executed in 2020 and replaced with a clone or a robot. They said no, dolly the sheep was cloned 25 years ago so it's possible that technology has made it possible and we know the government doesn't tell us everything. They argued that it's ridiculous for me to say it's impossible because there is a chance it's true. I tried to explain that it's exteremely implausible and there there is zero evidence for such an outlandish claim. They think I'm quite naive and stupid. What an insane conversation.
I want to know how they think they cloned him, and then immediately aged him 80 years.

It's just better to not give them an audience to bounce their insane ideas off of and get used to saying them out loud. Keep em bottled up like the deranged lunatics they are.
People in that world aren't concerned with evidence because they have no interest in learning how things work and why they do. Hence the lack of education in the majority of them.
The more we hear them out and challenge them on these fictions the more they'll dig in their heels and solidify those positions.
If we don't engage they might stumble on information that disproves their nonsense and adjust their wackjob narratives.

There's no point in having real conversations with them. The truth is whatever they want it to be, so it's pointless.
I know this is tongue in cheek and I live for the day I wake up and hear that Trump is off this Earth, but Trump being Franz Ferdinanded in Canada probbaly doesn't end well for us.

Honestly people like that are beyond hope. I'll just make up conspiracy theories on the fly about anything they're telling me (but act like I truly believe it and it's real), just to get on their nerves and so they can see what they're like.
Whatever industry they work in is horribly compromised, etc. Told a MAGA from a rural area he's towing the line for Big Farma and I spelled it that way lol, dumb crap like that. The 2020s are wild...

Military.com reviewed a memorandum from the Office of the Secretary of the Navy -- the official who holds the power to name Navy ships -- that showed the sea service had come up with rollout plans for the renaming of the oiler ship USNS Harvey Milk.
Milk was a Navy veteran, comissioned as an officer in 1951, served in the Korean war, honorably discharged as a lt junior grade in 1955.

I miss when there was sanity down there. Now the solution is to just yell and talk over top of logic when presenting outlandish arguments and you are golden.

So as not to appear as just merely homophobic but racist as well, trump admin is also planning on renaming other Navy ships as well.
Ships named for Harriet Tubman, Thurgood Marshall and Ruth Bader Ginsberg are also on the list to be changed.
