Last season Bo fought with his hamstring for much of the season. Especially in CF, there is a lot of sprinting from a standstill which isn’t ideal.

Hoping for the best for Varsho. He’s a guy who seems to contribute to the team’s culture as much off the field as on it.

Hoffman owes Clement big there. He absolutely robbed the As of a basehit that would have driven in the tieing run. Can't blow a save with a 3 run lead to one of the worst offensive teams in the league.

I mean, you can I guess, but you shouldn't.

If they want to be a playoff team they're going to need sweeps against teams like the As - because the level of dificulty goes up next series when the Phillies come to town.

Offensively, the Athletics are average to above average this year. They are 7th in the MLB in OPS, 7th in home runs, 8th in BA, and 15th in runs scored. They have some pretty good producers in their lineup. Their pitching is what kills them.

It could have been alot worse though. It's the lowest of the grades for a hamstring injury.
