How come there's always an Oiler managing to stand infront of Otter untouched or a fly by but when Dallas has pressure they cycle behind the net and nobody's in front to receive the pass.

XG are 3.7 to 1.8 for the Stars again.
The last two games have been Skinner outplaying Oettinger / Stars having terrible finishing

I remember everyone laughing when they signed all these post apex depth scorers instead of getting better defense in the offseason. Seems to be working out just fine. Apparently you can teach Oil players to box out, but you cant teach Dallas to score goals.

Edmonton has been scoring at will the last three games. They're happy with sitting back after they get a lead since Dallas can't score. And even if they do, Edmonton knows they can score right back.

There is no much good east west passes in O zone by Dallas. They play like Flames, ring around, pass to D, try to shot or ring back. It's easy to Skinner just stand around.
