Or the feedback loop is broken, which is also entirely plausible (ie: feedback that makes it to CSRs isn’t getting to the right people to take appropriate action). Or the employee gets a finger wagging, they shrug and say they won’t do it again, then do it again and the customer gets fed up and just resigns themselves to the fact that their route’s carrier is sh-t. [shrug] All sorts of possibilities but at the end of the day, the lazy idiot who doesn’t follow the customer’s instructions is the one who had the last chance to do right by the customer and didn’t. So f-ck that guy in particular.
I’m going to stop this here. Nothing you’ve said is substantially different than what you’ve already said. You continue to make logical leaps and unfounded assumptions to defend the indefensible while projecting that onto me and onto GGG too. It’s obvious we’re in “waste of keystrokes” territory now, I can’t be arsed any longer.

Can you remind me who was the poster winning about assumptions earlier?

Yay I was right. At least you managed to double down on your assumptions argument one more time though.

Not that I give much credence to AI but hilarious that both ChatGPT and Grok named PP the biggest spreader of misinformation in Canada.
I think among the major party leaders that's certainly true, and it's not even close.

So what? He's not in charge. Ergo his misinformation meant nothing.

Sorry...do you think everything is going to stay exactly the same?

PP is leader of the official opposition and he'll be back as a member of parliament shortly. Pretending his voice doesn't carry weight in this country is just ignorant or stupid. He might be one of the more well known politicians currently in Canada. Will he be the leader next election? What will the conservative platform be? No one knows the answer to those questions but we do know right now he's an influential voice in this country and is a super spreader of misinformation. Brushing it off as nothing is nice, but it's an ignorant move.

I’m just questioning the motives of the individual party candidates who have kept him on as leader and are not vocally opposing his rhetoric. Most of them will be running in the next election after all. Hoping they(and he) can change, but at this point there doesn’t seem to be very much appetite on their part to do so.

And I hope they dont. Poilievre strikes me as a fairly serious crazy person.
I hope they replace him but the rot in that party goes deeper than that.
