That + having the witnesses confirm each act happened. You can get a sense of where they’re going with the Crown confirmed that Steenberger didn’t actually remember certain details, but was basing it on what he had said in a previous investigation.

The Crown made clear from the outset that this is going to be about what is and what isn’t consent under the law.
