27 member cabinet. Out of 47 MLAs. 46 when Cooper leaves. 45 because Mciver is speaker.

Carney is acting way more like a conservative than Smith does.

That's because Smith is not a conservative.

Smith is an "anything that keeps me in power."

That’s because Carny would have been the greatest progressive conservative leader ever. Socially liberal fiscally conservative is really a myth but Carney appears the closest we will get with his concept that the market needs to be bent to serve the needs of the people.

LOL. And I mean that literally. It was a slight gurgle that escaped, but it did sound like a laugh, or at least a weak chuckle, and it was audible, so I did, in fact, lol. 1 point to you.

On its own, this is a good line. It is very appropriate. I may have even given it a like, considering they are more valuable than rare earth minerals, quit an endorsement. Following the dancing hot dog boy/girl, this was pure ####e. Too bad. A little quicker, and it would have been good.

Be better Reggie.

Should be in the Federal thread but was listening to Good Talk with Peter Mansbridge, a good pod by the way if you can stand Chantal Hebert, smart, honest, experienced but oh so blunt.

Anyways, they turned very quickly to pointing to all of Carney's potential faults and landmines ahead of him. It took the shine off a little bit for me, but it was an honest assessment of what lies ahead and asks how he is going to manage it all. Thought-provoking for sure.

I'm sorry. Were you referring to him working at the Stampede, taking tickets and setting up rides? If so, that's a nice, subtle wordplay on his name. Kudos.

Or a spelling mistake. Either way...

I borrowed my dad’s truck and on the radio was a grating voice that sounded familiar talking about how people want private health care. After the commercial I hear Danielle Smith has her own weekly radio show ? wtf. Just a garbage human being.
