So if the call on the ice is no goal because of goaltender interference but the review shows no interference but maybe (not conclusively) a kicking motion should the call on the ice stand or should it be a goal because of no interference and inconclusive evidence of a kicking motion?

He hit the goalies stick which propelled the puck into the net. I assume that is the call.
