They’ve got two of the best offensive players on the planet and all of their depth guys are firing on all cylinders. They’re also getting all world goaltending from two complete ####ing nobody’s.

If McDavid or draisaitl can step it up a gear they will literally be unstoppable. Except injuries. Injuries are the great equalizer.

If CP wants some other than the Oilers to win you better start praying for McDavid and drai to suffer some Nancy Kerrigan like injury.

I've already accepted the possibility of the Oilers winning the cup. Obviously hope it doesn't happen but I won't get mad if it does. I mostly just want entertaining hockey and I mainly care about the Flames getting better in the long run

Don’t expect anything to go the Stars way from puck luck, to penalty calls, to goal reviews.

The Oilers are somehow a defensive juggernaut without even Ekholm. Every year they completely defy logic. Don’t expect that to end anytime soon with a sprinkle of help from Zebras and Toronto if they need a little push.

I’m not complete doom and gloom yet just because I still think the Oilers have crazy puck luck when they need it, and everything seems to always go their way at pivotal moments and surely that has to even out eventually. no I’m 100% serious. This isn’t some hilarious performance art like I did last year.

The Oilers are clearly the best team in the playoffs and they look like they’re gonna cruise right to the finals and possibly a cup. Obviously nothing is guaranteed who knows what can happen but based on the first two rounds if they keep playing like this they will win a Stanley Cup.

That stupid coach of theirs has them playing near flawless hockey. Neither LA nor Vegas had any answers for the Oilers defensive systems.

They have game breakers, they have depth, they’re getting good goaltending and they look tough. They have manhandled both LA and Las Vegas. They had both those teams playing scared.

As a Flames fan, all I can say is I’m glad we’re not Vegas lol. Imagine all that spending and cap circumventing to stack your $100M playoff roster… only to not be able to score a single goal on Stuart friggin Skinner in back to back games in the playoffs. Just an absolute joke of a franchise.
