A trade will cost 2 1st round picks and not 2025 picks and a top prospect.

All of our top players are over the hill 30 plus. Adding to that is just dumb even if marner is 28. If we had a young core ready to compete that’s different.

Teams needs to get younger faster and add skill.

I'm of the belief that there's some benefit in staggering your age ranges and where players are in there career lifestyle.

It seems like we have a bit of a gap in that 25--30 range in our core group.

Coleman was also top 5 in scoring on the team. 4/5 top point producers 30 plus players. That won’t cut it.

You can have some vets usually in support roles but it’s a young league now and your top end players have to be on the younger end.

The missing piece will forever be that #1 center.

Who knows how true that rumour is but going big game hunting for wingers is just stupid.
