How does such a large project skirt the EPA in the first place? It's like laws don't apply to this man and his businesses.
Musk had a bunch of ongoing government investigations against his companies, until he fired all those people in his DOGE rampage. I think the EPA investigations were among those he shut down. It was one of the more ridiculously corrupt things that this administration has done, with basically zero pushback from anyone.
So yeah, laws don't apply to him.
Well, unless the Trump administration turns on him, which frankly wouldn't surprise me.
