It seems pretty obvious why Mcleod is facing two counts of Sexual Assault while the others only face one. Lots of guilt to go around that room, but they need to make sure something sticks to McLeod. What a sick ####.

EM's testimony today feels alot more damning. The fact they had clubs. There was no initial consent. That she tried to leave. She was crying.

Bijou Phillips, Danny Masterson's ex-wife, was with Masterson until his actual conviction, which took several years of court proceedings throughout which Phillips often appeared and mocked the proceedings. The Masterson case, once the evidence started coming out, seemed pretty open and shut.

A lot of these guys can be pretty manipulative. You have to be a psychopath to do the things these guys do.

I think there is a natural tendency for people to support and believe people that they are close to. I think it's just the way humans are naturally wired and it takes a lot to break that.

Anyway, the details are worse than I could have imagined. I always knew whatever happened was bad, but I didn't expect there to be so much malice. Obviously the defendants have a right to tell their side, but I can't imagine there is anything they can say to lessen the impact of the the victim's testimony.

I made the mistake of reading them also. Just horrific what they did to her. It saddened me when I thought there are actually people in this world that would do such a thing to a woman and think it was okay. Whatever justice these young men have to face won't be enough

Agree with the general sentiment of Coach there. This needs a mirror held up to the nitty gritty details to minimize the excuse making and mental loopholes people on the outside seem to be creating through negligence.

Consent within a coercive and vulnerable context doesn't qualify as consent in the way it's intended. This woman clearly felt threatened and unsafe, and submitted for her own safety while coping through dissociation. And really, very few if any people would consent to the extent of what took place.

Nah. But they deserve to be exposed, and at least McLeod deserves time. And rightfully their NA hockey careers are over forever.

Human are animals, often worse than many animals. These men are awful but there is FAR worse out there and yes humans do awful things every second of every day.
