I’m afraid they know exactly how it works.
Nobody can be that stupid unless they are brainwashed or after something completely different
It might be that it’s all simply “spin” and the actual goal is to destroy America

What? I thought he was negotiating deals and had already negotiated 200 of them (despite there not being that many countries, of course!). I’m shocked that what he claimed a couple of days ago is seemingly not the case.
Uncertainty surrounding tariffs that began four weeks ago shows no signs of letting up. In the latest incident, the Albertsons supermarket chain has reportedly informed its suppliers that it will not accept any increase in prices to cover the cost of tariffs.
“with few exceptions, we are not accepting cost increases due to tariffs.
Suppliers are not permitted to include tariff-related costs in invoices without prior authorization by Albertsons Companies,” the letter continued. “Any invoices that include such charges without prior authorization will be subject to dispute and may result in payment delays.”
Maybe the reporters asked about this too soon or incorrectly. Amazon spokesperson has apparently now said that they were only considering it for Amazon Haul and not the full site.
But the admin reaction to this is telling, they dont want folks to see the cost of the tariffs to consumers.
And isnt tariff trumps favorite and most beautiful word?
Prior to todayspress briefing, officials told Reuters that the Trump administration was planning to reduce the impact of his#automotive tariffs by alleviating some duties imposed#on foreign parts in domestically manufactured cars and keeping#tariffs on cars made abroad from piling on top of other ones,#officials said.
The Wall Street Journal, which first reported the#development on Monday, said the move meant car companies paying tariffs#would not be charged other levies, such as those on steel and#aluminum, and that reimbursements would be given for such#tariffs that were already paid.
They should add an icon so everyone knows who to blame.
I noticed at SuperStore on the weekend that they started putting a black T in a triangle on the shelf price tag for things are that are affected by tariffs. I noticed this on oranges and orange juice mainly, which by the way are very expensive now.

My kid loves orange juice but he'll have to give it up while it is $12 for 2.7L (or whatever size those bigger bottles are.)
Any thoughts on how tariffs will impact eBay sales if I sell on eBay to an American buyer some toys that were brought into Canada a few years ago by a US manufacturer who created the product in their Chinese factory? Are they going to get nailed on the "country of original manufacture"?
