Well he should have got 5 and a game last night but he didnt so that is the extra game. Had it been called properly he only gets 1 today IMO.

I think the extra game comes from Hagel missing the next one. I guess. Either way, not that big of deal for Florida since they won the first two games of the series without Ekblad.

I literally think he didn't see it. The replay showed he was looking somewhere else at the moment of impact, and then turned to look that way after...but there was nothing of note when he looked. The angle was impossible for any other official to really see anything other than a body check because Ekblad was blocking the view.
I don't mind too much. 2 games for knocking a key player out of their lineup seems fair. It was dirty, and a head shot.
