Also interesting to note that, in this hypothetical, 119 million people are deliberately splitting each "fentanyl-laced pill" into five shards so that there are enough deadly fentanyl-laced shards for everyone. Also, there are no medical interventions to save any of these fentanyl-laced shard overdose victims (this assumption might actually be plausible now that RFK Jr. is now the health secretary).

You also have to assume that the 22 million number of fentanyl pills isn't a totally made up number. Everything they do is lie, so there is no reason to think that part is even true.
