Hard to predict what will happen in the future.
All I saw this series was LA rolling 3 lines and 4 dman like a bunch of scared losers.

This is true, but this doesn't equal to Grease Pigs have depth. But if by depth, you mean the Grease Twins on every line.

Just having flashbacks of last year. "LA will beat them this year". "Ok, Vancouver had a hot year, they'll beat them". Nope. "Dallas will SMASH them". Dallas stops playing after a couple of games.
God help us if the pigs somehow get Minnesota. Suddenly Gustaffson will turn into a sieve.

Was just one game but the grease pigs didn't score tonight aside from their usual padding of the stats empty net goal. You need the depth to do something at least once in a series akin to a goalie stealing a game

I agree. I admittedly haven't watched a ton of VGK/MIN, but the parts I have I'm just not impressed with Vegas, for all of the talent in that lineup- they've been very underwhelming. Maybe just the style of play of minnesota.
The other side of it is if or when Ekholm gets back. Somebody made a good point earlier he's not even skating yet, so perhaps he's done for year.
If not, that's a big improvement for Edmonton on defence, were he to come back. He is only one guy though and the rest are garbage, except for cross eye's goals, which don't make up for his atom level defense.
