LA just doesn't have the talent. So they need to play gritty hockey and even that is slipping away from them.

I agree. This will be so demoralizing, they will not recover. This series should be over now.

Well if either Kaprizov or Eichel go on a tear, either team has a chance against the Oilers.
But if the refs are going to call powerplays in Edmonton's favour every time a player trips himself, there's little hope for any team in this league to beat them...

Just stop. Use your head dude. There’s nothing to suggest they have it physically or mentally. Unless you’re seeing something that no one else is.

Even if the Kings somehow won the next game we all know they can't hold a lead... they'll lose games six and seven anyway. This series is done. The NHL is a joke for allowing the same two teams to play four straight years.

That was pathetic LA.
Byfield & the coach are complete flops. Just gave away 2 games.

Vegas depth, defence and goaltending all better than the Oilers. If their forwards have a good series they can win. Don't like the Wild match-up at all though.

Thankfully, despite what's happening in this series, this Oilers team is all smoke & mirrors as usual. As soon as they face a team that can actually hold a lead and isn't afraid to close out games, the Oilers will be toast. They don't have what it takes for a long run this year.

The problem is that not a single team has looked impressive (in terms of dominating play) in the playoffs this year.
Maybe Colorado or Vegas get their acts together, but I doubt it.
Kind of looking like it'll be a Leafs vs Oilers final 🤮

This why it was so important that LA got home ice advantage. Just hold court at home and they win

biggest annoyance for me was the whole third, kings playing not to lose, and not playing to win.
5 back ?? for 20 minutes. isn't going to work against any team, just lets them build and build momentum then its hard to take it back.
Same reason i hate Huska as the flames were doing 1-4 for massive amounts of time and were never able to hold a lead.
Never going to work for 20 min or more. Just keep playing the same game that got the lead in the first place.

Aiden Hill, Stone, and Eichel have ranged from mediocre to invisible in these playoffs. Without those three producing it would be a short series.

Regardless of this series, Edmonton isn't winning it this year.
They don't have the once in a lifetime penalty kill that got them there last year.

Shots were 28-15 LA in the first two periods and 33-13 Oilers in the last two.
What a pathetic performance from what was the 2nd best defensive team in the regular season.

Kings are absolute trash. Wilt under any pressure.
Even if they wake up now they’ve instilled a complete belief inside the oilers that no lead is insurmountable. Just pathetic play, Kings are toast.
We thought Flames missing the playoffs by one point was peak pain, wait till we see another long Oilers playoff run now on top of that.
All because the Kings have 0 guts.

So are the Avs, Stars, Blues, and Jets. Oilers aren't getting anywhere near the Cup.
