I think it's just a built-in easy excuse for the Oilers to blame goaltending. The XG was in favor for the Kings heavily in both games, 2-1.
Sure, Skinner sucks and it's hilarious, and the Kings won by a big margin last night when they should have won by a couple of goals. But the Oilers still suck. Systemically. McDavid is incapable of being a complete player. His laziness and defensive irresponsibility bleeds through to the whole roster. He's a loser.
