You don't have to give everyone a trial to deport them. They just need a deportation hearing. They take no time at all. The deported person goes back to where they are a citizen and goes on with life there. As I understand the US process, there isn't even a judge presiding, it's an administrative process.
What requires a trial is rendition of people to foreign prisons, because, again, you are putting them in prison. Just don't do THAT, and the whole "we need a hundred years, this is impossible" problem evaporates.

She's just arguing with a dude in a store in public. There's no security around. Are you telling me it would be that difficult to get her in the back of a van, take her to a warehouse somewhere, douse her in gasoline and light her on fire while filming it, and release the video online?
To say nothing of just shooting her in the head, or following her until she sits down somewhere and leaving a bag with a pipe bomb nearby.
I'm just saying, these people are not that hard to kill.
EDIT: To be clear I'm not saying someone should do this (although I certainly would not shed a tear at MAGAs ceasing to be alive as the world is better off). I'm just surprised a) that they seem totally unconcerned about it happening and b) that it hasn't happened.

Edited my post to clarify... I'm just surprised there isn't actual violence taking place, and I'm very surprised these people seem so confident that nothing is going to happen to them. Mangione happened, Shapiro just had his house torched, why is Nancy Mace getting into fights in public? How is she so sure she isn't getting whacked?
I am wondering how long before there is a noticeable uptick in political violence.

Well, first of all, that doesn't mean it isn't going to happen - I don't really thing Mangione had much regard for the broader social consequences that might result from his actions either.
Second, you may be right... but that sort of reaction would beget MORE civil unrest and violence.

Can we get away from the political violence? Shapiro was targeted by an anti Semitic lunatic. It just baffles me how MAGA opponents, and frankly right wing opponents go to violence and speech suppression as an aspirational tool.
Let people speak, modern society will correct it. Using elections. Not bullets.
