He's not Indo-Canadian though. He's Sikh and there's a massive difference there and it's probably cost him some votes in the Punjabi and Hindi communities.
I also think Singh never had a chance in Quebec due to his background and religion.
I am pretty sure Sikhs in Canada consider themselves Indo-Canadian. A quick Google search of several Sikh organizations in BC reference themselves as Indo-Canadians.

Ah my bad. I still don't think it's an asset for him.
I know it's a religious item, but I don't think Singh's background would be an issue if he didn't use the head wrap. Because we'd all be distracted by his clear dreamboat status.
As a bald man, I'm personally offended someone would cover such a glorious mane.
I stumbled onto video of a guy showing how he ties his wrap (What is the right term to use?) and thought wow, this guy is hot before I realized it was Singh.

I thought that funny. I am now very confused... Like, how can I a middle aged white man be attacted to a ... an NDPer?

Dastar (pronounced Thus-tthaar) with the "th" sound being somewhere in between the hard "t" sound and and the soft "th" sound) is the term you're looking for.
Sikhs also more casually call it a "pagg" (pronounced similar to "Pug" but not quit as quickly. Like if you went to someone and said "gimme a huuggg" but just replace h with p)
In English you could just say "turban", though.

No, it's not and I didn't mean to imply that it was. I just meant that it's a historically important immigrant group that should be considered one of the foundational demographics in Canada, at least on the west coast.

Oh all good. I just think it's important to acknowledge when I've been properly corrected on here.
This polling was done about 10 days ago. Kind of sobering that the majority of US men still support Trump, and that his support skews towards higher incomes.

Uh, that's Sikh Jason Momoa.

That's what they voted for. Yes some Trump voters may have been hit by shrapnel but not many.

A federal whistleblower just dropped one of the most disturbing cybersecurity disclosures I’ve ever read.
He's saying DOGE came in, data went out, and Russians started attempting logins with new valid DOGE passwords
Who’s the whistleblower? Daniel Berulis — a senior DevSecOps architect at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), formerly with TS/SCI clearance.
He just told Congress the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) pulled off a covert cyber op inside a federal agency.

What's covert about it?
Serious question. There was nothing covert about this.
Although to be fair, Musk is a dumbass who doesn't care or understand about cyber security, so most likely every competent and willing intelligence agency has access to DOGE information now.
But of course since Musk also has no hiring standards either beyond surface level loyalty, maybe the DOGE kids are just Russian spies or guys with no scruples willing to make a quick buck.
Greene Bought Market Dip Before Trump Paused Tariffs, Profiting From the Rally
The Georgia congresswoman purchased at least tens of thousands of dollars in stock the day before and the day of President Trump’s pause of a sweeping set of tariffs that sent the market soaring.
The report came as Democrats in Congress have demanded investigations of whether the president’s whipsawing moves on trade might have been aimed at manipulating the market and giving his allies a lucrative opportunity for insider trading.
A group of Democrats, led by Senators Adam Schiff of California and Ruben Gallego of Arizona, demanded in a letter last week that Paul Atkins, the chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, open an investigation to determine whether Mr. Trump or any “insiders” had engaged in insider trading or other securities laws violations.
