Sadly it’ll be Oilers in 6. Not because the Oilers are better but because we always see the most bizarre things never seen elsewhere in hockey. Endless interference uncalled. Stick grab and flails for PP after PP. Oddly lucky bounces for garbage goals. 5-on-3 powerplays in the last few minutes of the third to tie it up. Oilers goons doing the dirtiest #### and not not getting suspended. Kings will breathe on McDavid and get majors.

LA hasn't won a playoff series since they won the Cup 11 years ago. Reverse that trend.

Ekholm is a huge loss for the Oilers. Bouchard isn't the same without him. Lots of their key guys are banged up, and Skinner hasn't had a lot reps lately.

If Kings can't beat this version of the Oilers then there probably isn't a scenario where they beat them in the 97/29 prime era.
