i've had enough of the coach who took a team who many thought would be bottom 5 or 10 and has them in the playoff hunt...wtf is going on in some people's heads?

In my mind he should win the Adams trophy for getting the bad news bears this close to the playoffs.

I don’t think Huska is going anywhere soon.
I will also say, I don’t think he’s at fault, or to be celebrated for the performance of this team. We are bottom/bottom middle in a lot of categories and that is expected because of lack of talent we have. He has coached the team into low event hockey and that is to I think both our benefit and detriment. It’s lowered chances against but has also neutered our offence to 31st out of 32 teams. Also our special teams performance is poor to mediocre on both fronts. We also have been incredibly lucky with all of our comebacks this year, a lot of our overtime losses and some of our wins should be losses, as I think for a team of this calibre this comeback performance will not be repeatable year over year.
We are near the playoffs imo not because of Huska but because of our goalies and I think a lot of people will agree.
If anything, I actually think he deserves some criticism for some of the roster and lineup decisions, specifically in overtime he has had a couple of weird choices.
Regarding Zayne, he may or may not be ready, but this team desperately needs what he can potentially provide. I think the pros of playing him much outweigh the negatives, especially when compared against Miromanov or Jake Bean, who have not been good lately. Huska’s job simply is to deliver wins, not to make people happy. I think the players would understand playing Parekh over these guys and I think even Miro or Jake themselves would like a chance to compete in the playoffs.

Flames are 9th in the NHL in save percentage...I think its unfair to give the goalies 100% credit especially lately. Team has legit played well the last month or so. Realize it took the 10th place team a 12 game win streak to get what will likely be a 2-3 point lead on the Flames in the end.
