By far my favorite restaurant in Alberta is MUZE in Banff.

There's always LaCaille on the Bow as well. Expensive and dressy, but a great meal

As a relatively new Calgarian, I may be mistaken, but I believe Oceana is where LaCaille used to be. I do not believe LeCaille reopened anywhere.
