They were chanting U-S-A? in San Jose?
JFC, what is wrong with people?
I mean, I wouldn't be as surprised if it were NSH or FLA, but SJ? They are much more cosmopolitan than that

Another gutsy, come-from-behind win! It wasn't pretty, but "sometimes you paint a Picasso, and sometimes you paint a barn"

IF Zary is back I think you gotta sit Lomberg. He's been very iffy lately.
Ideally next year Backlund would spend some time on the 4th.

He just caused a turnover and assisted on the game winning goal late in the 3rd. What more do you want?

Did they give him the apple? It was unassisted last time I looked. He deserved it.

Yup. They aren't giving up. I know getting high picks is what's best for the franchise at this current time, but you have to admire that the team wanted to prove the critics wrong

Sorry if posted but it was a quick blurb on the 960 this morning, they mentioned that Drew reached out to someone at SN during the intermission to make sure they were being fair, which i thought they were, pumped up Wolf quite a bit! I thought that was classy considering the circumstance.

I thought the broadcast did a great job of talking about both teams. Sort of reminded me of the Amazon feed, where they actually talk about players on both teams, and not just the usual Mcdavid love fest regardless of who's playing. Well done SJ!

I know many do not like it, but the way of the future is amazon/streaming apps. NBA's new deal + NFL on netflix/Peacock and i suspect there will be more prime nhl games going forward... I am all for it, if its better broadcasting

I didn't watch enough of the game to notice, but that's amazing considering Drew is a mega Sharks homer.

It is going to be absolutely criminal when Wolf loses the Calder to Hutson. Without Wolf, this team is likely in the draft lottery.

Sharks broadcast did an amazing job being neutral and kept mentioning how important this game is to the Flames. They were excited when we scored.

Lol. This team. Can't even ride out an easy win against the awful Sharks. Need to turn every game into a comeback effort. The Blues finally lose a game, but the Wild win a big one.

Wolf is very good, full value for money, but his results mainly come from success against the bottom 10 teams in the league
Have you seen Hutson play?

I used to be in that boat, but what Hutson is doing is pretty spectacular. As a defensemen he has already put up more points than what Gaudreau put up when he was a rookie. he is currently tied with Chelios with the 6th best rookie campaign as a defensman. 1 point back of Ray Bourque. He most likely will finish in the top 5 and the players ahead of him are all players that played in the 80s. I wouldn't be mad at all. Tip of the cap to the season Hutson is having.

Just watch the Flames after-game video. Starting at the last 18 seconds, you can see Andersson. He looks absolutely gassed. Weegar too. These guys are giving it everything they have.

Yeah. It would be one thing if the flames made the playoffs and Montreal did not. In that case, I think Wolf should be the Calder front-runner for sure. But, in the cases where both teams make the playoffs or only Montreal makes the playoffs, I think it’s close between the two players.
