Maybe, but this shouldn't need to be done every game. This group needs to start at puck drop.

This team hasn't given up all season. I don't think this game is quite over yet.

Brutal first period, except for the Wolf. I can only guess what Millen would have said. Wake up; boys.

I will do my best to stay up right to the end of this one, better effort and some Flames goals will help with that of course. Late night Monday is no fun at all really, lol.

Umm, it is literally one of the coaches jobs to have the team prepared to compete at the start of the game. Like literally.

Why are we getting the NBC feed? Is Sportsnet now too cheap to send broadcast teams to away games?

But for Wolf this game would be way over.

Hoping for a better second period.

Desperate times.

Agreed, I'm pissed off but I feel a bounce back is probably coming.

These guys have developed a habit of leaving the hard work to the back end of games.

They should try getting out to a lead sometime.

Right god forbid they are accountable for getting themselves ready to go. Let’s blame the coach who has this team outperforming their talent level by a mile so far this season.

Lol I don't think a coach would make a difference for a team to show up for a must win game.

Probably rattled about Millen, but it's on the players to show up as well. You can't just blame the coach.

It was a bad period...19 shots is fake news though. 15 tops. I really dont understand what teams gain by being stingy on road shots and itchy trigger finger on home shots.
