Got a friend with the lower bowl wheelchair seats that can't make these games coming up and asked me to post. The Flames said anyone can sit there on the folding chairs but it's best for someone with an injury or mobility issues that want's to avoid the stairs. They are at the top of section 104 - great view of the ice.
