Just had a ride with a friend in a Tesla. She said her friend just sold theirs for 18K. Estimate her 100K+ car could probably get 30 for it now.
People that bought them a few years ago are feeling the regret for sure.

Dumpster is also probably harder to pull apart with your hands.

was recently in LA- I'm there fairly frequently but maybe for obvious reasons I noticed for the first time how many Teslas are on the road there ( I get why , but)...

Its definitely tougher and sturdier and, say what you will about dumpsters, but when you light them on fire they tend to survive.

Serious question why?
I get black balling the guy now, boycotting new sales... I don't see the need to rope in current Tesla owners, to destroy perfectly good cars, to demonize people who get a used Tesla.... It's anathema to the very environmental/economic reasons many of these people bought these cars.

Agreed. Protests like that one just don't seem to matter anymore. It doesn't result in anyone getting kicked out of office who matters. It doesn't result in anyone changing their strategy or course of action, like Elon. The whole system is now too busted for measured and reasonable action... so... what's left but to burn down more dealerships?

“These people” should be pushing for fElon’s ouster if they want any respect.
Bumper stickers aren’t enough.

You think he'd be anti-Musk? If anything Trump would pardon him and make him director of the CIA.

Musk has broken election laws in Wisconsin according to state election officials. Any chance he’s prosecuted and if found guilty suffers consequences? It’s a state crime so Trump couldn’t pardon him.
