Lovelady sucks. Should have kept Yarbrough over him.

Well. I wouldn't be upset to never see Lovelady again. What a scrub.

Well I guess that's what happens when your 3 starter is a 39 year old with a ####ed thumb. He can only give you three innings and then you have to put some useless piece of crap in against one of the best offenses in major league baseball.

With this many innings left for the bullpen to cover the Orioles will put up double digits again today easily IMO

It’s pretty ####ing impressive that a team with a $240m payroll has no pitching depth in the bullpen or triple A, an unproven closer, no 3rd baseman, no power after the top three hitters, and still haven’t signed their superstar players.
Shapiro and Atkins with Rogers’ money…

Man. They absolutely needed more runs last inning when they had 2nd and 3rd and nobody out with Vlad at the plate.

Jays pitching was horrible. Never liked the Scherzer signing.

Scherzer isn't the guy you should be complaining about. Lovelady came in and completely changed the game.

Can Scherzer stay healthy this season? Given his recent history, I have my doubts.

They have no one else
3 pitchers are already hurt , and this organization has zero pitching depth

I don’t know all the answers but this roster is all on Atkins. It’s early in the season so not all is lost but for their payroll they should be a better team on paper. All this said year to year bullpens will be a crapshoot unless you’re spending like the Yankees or Dodgers.

Be more blunt. If this was a bottom 10 salary team you could be excited that they were able to be mediocre in a big dog league without spending.....But they're spending as a big dog and about to lose their only two "stars" from an 8 year old rebuild for nothing, or close to nothing.
This a catastrophic failure in any sense of the word AND you have a top 6 or whatever payroll on top of the complete and utter failure to put a team together,. It's astonishing.
A true case study in absolute failure to a build a sports team through a rebuild. They did literally every thing wrong at every turn.
