Basically that they are in the heat of a playoff race and working their a##es off and have no idea what is and what is not a goal anymore and it's decided by someone behind a desk.

Huska or Conroy need to tee off on the league. Who cares about the fine. Enough is enough. Maybe fans of other teams feel the same way but man it seems we continue to get jobbed by the league time after time.

This brings back the bad vibes of the Coleman no goal in the playoffs against EDM.

Coleman disagreed with both calls, said it’s the ambiguity of the game, said it’s tough not knowing the standard in such a critical game. And that if they put those goals against ones that counted they were the same.

They were never gonna win 12 in a row to end the season and it was never gonna take 12 in a row to make the dance.

This isn't over.

Farrabee just said the #####ing ref told him if on the interference disallowed goal that if that shot was glove side it would have counted, but because it was blocker side it didn’t. He sounded completely baffled. How does that make any sense???

Unfortunately we are likely going to finish in 9th place again. They played so good today, definitely the best game of the season and did not deserve to lose.

Even if they end up in 9th we are getting to watch exciting games and this kind of a push is going to be very beneficial to the younger players and establishing a firm base of play and identity for the upcoming years.

Beat the Oilers Saturday, perhaps the OOT finally cooperates and we're sort of back on track. Bound to lose at least 4 before Apr 17. Just that this one stings more. Good effort, didn't lose for lack of that.

Eric Francis got an explanation from the war room. They say Farabee entered the blue on his own and impeded the goalie. Like they said at the intermission, Desmith got set where he wanted, he just missed the puck. I think it was a bad call.

Would be interesting to get Conroy's take on it since he just got back from the GMs meetings where they went through 50 odd calls. I think they said the Gms were unanimous on all but a couple.

With how well the boys have been playing overall when it’s really mattered (especially with the deck seemingly stacked against us at times), I hope they get rewarded and manage to make it in.

But if we don’t make it, I hope the hockey gods reward our efforts with a draft lottery win so that we can jump into the top 10 and not lose our pick. It’d be somewhat poetic.

Need more players that don't get the yips when they're staring down a half-empty net.

They had a gazillion chances.

Really unfortunate that Wolf has fallen back to earth a bit.

We might need to give him a couple games off to reset as Vladar has been playing better

I thought Sarich was right in the second intermission discussion, when he said the team was great in the offensive zone, but seemed to have forgotten how to play in their own end.
