He's far from perfect, but he gives you moments like tonight.

A mid 1st round pick for that player? I'm good with that.

I stopped caring when the doomsday scenario of the Habs somehow getting a 2nd overall pick was off the table. I have conceded on the BPA thing and the Flames should just pick a center with every pick next draft lol

Treliving made the comment when he was signed. Felt like a shot at our previous core.

A player that doesn’t shy away from the spotlight and wants. It’s why he was big for Colorado in the cup run.

Came here to say exactly that. He moved to his left....and immediately realized he'd guessed wrong.

Natural Statrick had the high danger chances at 12-6 Flames, they dominated the first and third.

Wolf was great but what Flames hating site do you get your stats from? On no planet did Seattle deserve to outscore the Flames by a more than 2:1 margin.

Back to the Wolf should get an assist thing...

Quote:
Rule 33.2
An assist is awarded to the player or players (maximum two) who touches the puck prior to the goal scorer, provided no defender plays or possesses the puck in between.

Assists can be given to deserving players on a goal that has been awarded by the Referee, if the Official Scorer deems that

Rule 78.3
When a player scores a goal, an “assist” shall be credited to the player or players (maximum two) who touch the puck prior to the goal scorer provided no defender plays or has control of the puck subsequently. Each “assist” shall count one point in the player’s record. Only one point can be credited to any one player on a goal.
Players just have to touch a puck to get an assist. Are we sure saves don't count? (I feel silly that I could potentially not know how assists are awarded lol...)

I do. Those stats are bull####.

Did Wolf play well? Absolutely. Did he steal them the game? Nope. Not even close in my eyes.

It was an even game that could have gone either way, I won't be convinced otherwise, no matter what a chart or graph says.

Long and short of my post: make the playoffs or suck into a top 10 pick please, I cant handle a mushy middle finish
No worries, the Flames will draft a franchise player with their 4th rounder or 7th rounder, like they've been known to do.

Went back and watched and it does look like he poked it up. He should get an assist.

Billy Smith scored the first ever goalie goal when I was a kid because of a rebound off his pads.

Are you guys missing the part about them being back-to-back games?

So Vladar or Wolf for Dallas?

I am almost feeling like Vladar might make more sense. Feels like Wolf has come down to earth a little bit and I liked what I saw from Vladar on the road trip.

They're not saying they don't believe the stat is true, they're saying how crazy it is because of how they assumed guys like Monny would have done it.
