Which is fn bs. We should have been on the PP. But the fossil Gary Bettman says there is nothing wrong with officiating. It's the worst by a mile in pro sports. If NHL officials are not betting on games they are fn stupid, they should be.

We can agree on that.

If you can't beat team toothpaste then forget about it.

Why does it seem the Flames are always playing against the refs as well.

Getting tired of this.

Wolf made some big saves in this game but that one wasn’t a great goal. Vladar would be toasted for it.

Even with a botched rush there should have been guys back as well

I actually think its one of the better leagues for officiating.

I watch a lot of NFL and NBA and both are MUCH worse.

Officiating has been an issue for years though.

Agreed but is also extremely frustrating when the officials are deciding games with their incompetence. Sometimes I wonder if it is incompetence when you see an official looking right at an obvious penalty and he doesn't call it. There are no checks and balances for them though. Like I said, they should be getting someone to put money on these games for them, this league would never admit it was going on.

All three are not great. We need AI officiating.

Flames got outplayed that period and have struggled defending the rush, but the call on Hanley was brutal

Expected goals for Seattle is around 2.5. Wolf is still playing great.

Good old melodramatic Amber.
Flames will be *gasp* 6 points back.

No mention the Flames also have 4 games in hand right now.

Not on Wolf there, wicked shot from the low/mid slot right above the pad will beat a lot of goalies. Huberdeau with a piss poor pass at the worst time and it can’t be understated, that’s unacceptable as he wasn’t challenged and it was a short pass. Anderson and Bahl I believe were exhausted going for a change there and didn’t have juice to catch the goal scorer, a simple play gets that puck deep and we are tied 1-1
