teams needing a win to catch the eighth place team in their respective
conference or to have their playoff spot more secure. The Wild-Stars
game is the only game where both teams are safely in a playoff spot.

I sort of get it.... Markstrom has been terrible since his return, but if the Devils are going to have a chance in the playoffs, Allen isn't it, so they need to keep playing Markstrom and just hope he somehow finds his game. Rough luck for Devils with their key injuries and then Markstrom struggling.

Allen is not it, but has much better numbers. Markstrom has been mega ass since he came back from injury.

Luke Hughes is playing big minutes and is playing really well, so that's a positive.
