Goatfin knocks off Charlie 5-7 6-4 6-3. The Belgian played a great match and Charlie was certainly not at his best.

Carlos has stalled or even regressed since the Olympics. That’s a lot of tournaments to have been underwhelming at. What next, JCF?

Leylah looking terrible today, I think I'm going to run some errands because I don't think it's going to turn around for Fernandez.

Leylah lost in strauht sets - Blech.
However, just got back in time to see Coleman Wong knock off Ben Big Shelton. Really impressive stuff from the guy from Hong Kong.

Shapo survives ekeing out a win over Tirante and shutting up the raucous Argentine supporters in the process. Had three match points in set 2 and couldn't close it out, sort of melted down to be honest, but regrouped to get the win.

Not to jinx our Canadian lads, but this is a great chance to make a deep run at a Masters 1000 event.

Joao Fonseca just hit a 113 MPH forehand winner for a break of serve.
Edit; The Brazilian kid went on to defeat Ugo Humbert 6-4 6-3

Reilly Opelka sends Holger Rune packing as well today.
Edit: And now Zizou Bergs has eliminated Bweh. Seeds dropping like flies today.

Diallo was playing some good tennis tonight but looks like he's sprained his ankle and is getting physio treatment.
Edit: It doesn't look good for Gabriel, I don't think he can continue. Gabe and Arthur just hugged it out, hopefully it's just something minor.

Yikes, a great opportunity and Felix lets it slip through his fingers. You're not going to beat anybody though with over 50 unforced errors in a three set match.

Alexandra Eala of the Phillipines received a wildcard into Miami similar to Mboko and she's making a run!
AND she's Coleman Wong's girlfriend.

Fritz with a chance at revenge against Denis this morning. I don't think Shapo is playing at the level he was in Dallas so this will be a tall task for him. I still can't get over that 2nd set meltdown on Saturday serving for the match where he mentally checked out, consecutively double faulted to get broken forcing him to play a totally unnecessary 3rd set. That was so bad.

Yeah, it should be an intriguing match as Fritz hasn't exactly been in the greatest of form either in 2025. Denis does lead the H2H over Fritz 6-4 so he should be feeling confident going into the match. He needs to clean up the double faults though.
