In my eyes he is still a rookie so 20 goals is fantastic, definitely think he can be a perennial 30 goal scorer and maybe 40. Stankoven is a rookie this year and played 9 more games than Coronato last year (played 19 of those in the playoffs which is why he is still considered a rookie and Coronato isn't).

This guy's gonna be an annual 50-goal threat starting in a couple years. His shot is on par with some of the top snipers in the game, he just needs to grow into it a bit more. Being more comfortable with getting into the sweet spots, not getting bumped out once he's there, etc etc.
His compete and desire to win are also top-notch. I consider him and Wolf to be the two biggest building blocks of this organization's future. I'm hoping Parekh joins the two of them in that regard in the next season or two.

You might want to tame that expectation a bit.
To me he’s a younger Toffoli. Which is pretty awesome.

Yeah. He’s definitely unique. His shot is lethal, he has a great motor and plays a really solid 2-way game. As far as goal-scoring, I think it depends on who else develops/joins the team. I co up d see him peaking as a 30-35 goal scorer with the players he has around him right now. If the flames somehow managed to get an elite playmaking center for him, I think he could be a 40-45 goal scorer.

I am actually quite liking the Huberdeau/Frost/Coronato line, they are ALL looking good.

He's slightly ahead of Toffoli's pace this early in their careers.

If not signed yet, I hope next year Matt Coronato is signed long term to a fair contract for both sides!

Perennial 30-35 goal guy. Anyone who thinks he doesn't have elite talent around him now should go watch that pass from Huby yesterday again. Frost (and Zary when back to 100 percent) have potential to be some of the better puck carrying centers we've had in a while. Playoffs or not, it's been an awesome season and these meaningful comeback wins in March are rad. My Sharks fan buddies are tuning in and cheering for the Flames. That's never happened once in my 19 years in California.

In an alternate universe, Bennett and Tkachuk are a pair on one line and Johnny Coronato are on the other. Still missing a top center but that'd be pretty fun to see

In that alternate universe, Monahan stays healthy and is a top tier C with the Flames.
