I think he's in the doghouse a little bit, or as much as you can be as a #6 dman.

He seems to have lost his mojo and has posted some pretty rough games of late.

He's been a steady 2.4 to 2.5 xGA60 third pairing defenseman all year ... but March? 3.40

And in his last 6 games he's posted a 5.38 a 4.25 and 4.70.

Struggling.

Do you know if the Flames have a stats guy that looks at stuff like this and passes it to Huska to make decisions? Or do you think they are using older methods (eye test etc.)?

Pachal has also taken some very pointless, unnecessary penalties recently. Simply taking shots at people while the puck is in another zip code.

Once Backlund is back with Farabee and Coleman I really like the depth of our lineup. Top 6 talent feels spread out.

Exited to see how the Huberdeau Frost and Coronato line does 2nd game in. They showed a lot of chemistry and were making east/west plays. If they click, we may finally have found some skill to play to Huby's style (no offense Kadri)

Go Flames Go!

I wouldn't expect the Devils to completely no show like the Rangers did.

Cheering for a loss for the tank, but if you win go on a big winning streak please!

Gosh that Wolf reaction makes it sound like a team that is tanking would be a pretty hard pill to swallow for certain players.

That third pairing needs replacing, ASAP.

I'd have solo-kuztetsov there yesterday.

They do seem to have a good mix.

Frost himself is a pretty good puck carrier that can work the puck through traffic and can win puck battles.

Coronato is a good finisher that is decent at winning puck battles and is good at finding open ice.

And Huberdeau still is a playmaker that can make plays when others can open up time and space for him, but also has a bit more edge to his game now.

I think we get Jekyll 98% of the time.

But the opposition can still kick the tar out of them.
