Pretty cheap price for Marchand considering some of the other prices paid today.

Another advantage of being a fan of those American teams. When was the last time a player of substance chose to be dealt to a Canadian team (other than Toronto)?

It very reminiscent of Iggy being dealt to Pittsburgh, but with Marchand's injury there was no Hanowski or Agostino involved.

One of the perks of winning in a warm market - cheap deals and cheaper UFAs. Florida made out like bandits with this move.


I feel it will be a Dallas/Vegas - Florida/Tampa final this year.
