Philly and Seattle are having a great year. Both teams have young players that are contributing at a high level, adding pieces and all of a sudden have many picks. Also still have a crack at a top 5 pick without being a team that is full tank and losing way more games than they win.

It is me being grass is always greener or do the prices for rentals always seem way higher in the years the Flames decide not to sell? A 1st for a 30 year old 3rd/4th line 30-40 pt center seems like a high price even with a couple late picks going back and salary retention
