Ah well. Good game to watch, though.

Robertson skating around 50 min doing nothing. But scores 2 goals when the team need.
Flames play 60 min very hard. Can't score when it's really needed.
Like most of 20 seasons, flames always miss something when they had a chance.

Pretty happy. Only crapped the bed against the Panthers. The rest of the trip they played solid. Pleased with their efforts. Go Flames.

Huberdeau was late on the backcheck(I still think he was going off). But before that he was pretty darn good in the OT. Had Oettinger beat and hit the post. Two posts for Kadri as well. That’s OT.

Grade A chances for the Flames in both OT games followed by the other team capitalizing afterwards. Could have been a 4-2 trip with slightly better luck.

And if the Flames do trade him Wolf will pick up 90% of the final 20 games, so you let Vlad play well, see if you can get a haul for him, and rest Wolf for a hard home stretch.

Pretty impressive game by the flames. That was the hardest stretch of games of the year...6 games on the road, 5 of which were against top tier teams. To 2-2-2 is pretty fantastic.

Because Wolf is a rookie and likely needs rest.

Big point.
But two points were there.

This team needs some depth..give it to them tomorrow Conny.

Sharangovich rolled out there late and in OT means Huska doesn't think that guys like Zary are trusted in those situations.

It would be interesting to see a chart of all the OT losses (and wins) - which Flames were on the ice at the time.

Vladar isn't getting traded. Nobody is giving away a haul for a backup

Great game by the Coleman-Backlund-Farabee line. Would have liked to see Farabee out for an OT shift. He deserved it.
Farabee has flipped into beast mode the last couple of games.

2-2-2 through murderer’s row. Sharagovich should not be deployed in OT. He isn’t good.

Really good game overall by the team. Dallas has a lot of talent and made a strong push but they relied on Oettinger a lot for that win as Calgary generated chances too. Considering they put up that effort on game 6 of a long, difficult road trip, I think it was impressive.

They need to beat the Canucks at home and also at least one of the Canadiens and Avs.

.500 on their toughest road trip of the year? I’ll take it. Still in a playoff spot but need to continue to scoreboard watch to see what Vancouver does.
