His finger is apparently stitched up from the other game and probably shouldn’t have played against the Flyers but that was his old team

I love the internal competition between Coronato and Zary for the winger spot next to Kadri-Huberdeau. Neither guy has run with it and Huska isn’t afraid to swap them if he sees one is having a better game. I’m happy to see Pachal-Bean maintained for this game as I think they’re a very good bottom pair together. Go Flames!

Zary and Coronato unfortunately need another playmaker on their lines becsuse Kadri is absolutely horrible for trying to do it all himself.
Ffs man....,pass the ####ing puck ya dink. Were trying to score goals ya jackwagon.

It's really lame that you have to lock in your lines for the whole game at the morning skate. What if the coaches feel like changing things up during the game, even two minutes in?!?!
Surprised that hasn't been fixed in any of the recent sets of rule changes and CBA negotiations.

Zary changed lines after scoring last game, but now he's back down there.
I'd probably just swap Zary & Farabee until Farabee shows any sort of jump.

Farabee was great last game, but so was Zary. Really everyone in the top 9 played well but we have a logjam of top 9 forwards right now.
Now you have a guy who should be on the 2nd line playing on the 4th line.

I really don't mind the 4th line strategy. Rooney when not making defensive gaffes is pretty solid at C, Lomberg barrels around and does a decent job at setting up chances/rebounds. It's not necessarily a demotion on a team build like the 2024-25 version of the Flames. Whatever works to get some offense.
