No trade he has made so far indicates he is going to trade for a 30 yo.

We made our trade, and I think if someone doesn't knocks his socks off the team will be as is after the deadline.

We don't need to be trading anymore picks for 25- and 26-year-old player either at this moment unless they are elite 1st line talent.

He probably is having dialogue with everyone which sets us up for the summer. Let the team ride it out, and hopefully we see some names moved out in the summer for futures. But as Royle9 said a few days ago he fears Craig might be trying to compete, so I guess we wait and see what happens.

Just a feeling. Not saying it’s what I think is best or not. Have to trust Conroy will see the value whether it be there now or not. I feel like it’s a long shot probably not pipe dream that logically makes very little to no sense taking a run at a superstar right now.

The disappointed duck gif was interesting because it’s been recently rumoured the ducks would be taking a run at Rantanen in the summer.
