Jason Kenney on CBC basically echoing Trudeau with some strong language of his own re: the economy, and I find myself agreeing. What a world.

For all of Kenney's faults, and there were/are many, I'll give him this: he is a nationalist and believes in Canada. Smith on the other hand...

Ford doing well too...banning all US liquor sales, ripping up Starlink contract!!!, banning US companies from city/muni procurement etc. And threatening 25% surcharge and cutting power.

Kenney is clearly a few weeks/months behind reality. You could hear in his voice he couldn't quite comprehend the logic for attacking Canada and easing sanctions on Russia regarding potash. He'll get there eventually I'm sure, but at this point he hasn't worked out that Trump is clearly a Russian asset. I suspect many politicians know this, but you can really tell the ones who haven't made that final acceptance.
