"Getting mad"... "getting worked up"... holy #### people, is everything you see always through the lens of conflict and people arguing against each other?

Look, I've simply made an observation that Conny is doing the right thing and finally getting this team on a positive track toward long-term success. I think it's fair to point out that this team has made mistakes in its past, and has lacked playoff success since the '04 run. If I can't simply point these things out without being accused of arguing getting mad or getting worked up, well then I guess I just don't know what to say. Is this board meant for discussion or...?

Seems like a lot of stress over a kids game
Goalies that are 35 don’t fetch much we got a great deal and he was terrible last year.

The longer we hold on to Andersson the worse the deal becomes. He is being exposed nightly.

Yeah, I don’t doubt that and also don’t claim to not be a member of that crowd. But this group of rag tags is actually in the playoffs in March. I wouldn’t trade any prospects or high picks, but I can’t find it within myself to cheer for them to lose.

Technically in a playoff spot 3/4 of the way in the season.

lol exactly my point...this is what people were saying at the deadline about Markstrom last year. They kept him, he sucked the rest of the year, and they still made a great deal.

Andersson is not "being exposed" You would think the Flames are the first team to ever lose back to back games in Tampa/Florida.

99.9% of the hockey world is shocked by how well the Flames D has held up led by Andersson and Weegar.

Wasn't saying those are good numbers, simply showing Frost is the only faceoff guy on the team whose numbers are above 50%.

He is being exposed. A player that is steadily declining yearly.

To Dino’s point…just like Markstrom? Andersson makes peanuts especially if Calgary retains.

Ahh, once again here comes Paulie to come argue points he knows nothing about. In the first Cup run Kopitar had 76 points to lead the team in scoring and only 25 goals. Richards? 44 points. Williams with his whopping 22 goals. Carter only played 16 games and only put up 9 points and Dustin Brown had 22 goals and 54 points. I mean you looked into this so much before shoving your foot in your mouth yet again that you mentioned Gaborik who wasn't even on the team lol. Keep going though, it's highly entertaining!

25 22 22 goals are nothing especially under a Sutter coached team. You just know everything.

Gaborik was on the 2nd cup team.

That 100 better be crispy

He’s slotted wrong
And has had to take on tougher minutes as the team moved out other players

With respect to hockey, I think every team is trying to do that.
With respect, I present evidence to the contrary: The Buffalo Sabres.

Andersson is having a phaneuf like trajectory.

Great first few years (esp offensively), now kind of a mess.
