Scoring 0 goals is not a good road game. Moral victories are hollow at this point. We will be 9th place again. No playoffs. No draft pick. No competitiveness. Perpetual mediocrity reigns supreme.

Yes.
NHL icing isn't automatic like with international rules, it's determined by the first team to the end line.
