This season has been a rollercoaster. Back in a playoff spot. About half an hour away of only being eight points back of the mighty Oilers with a game-in-hand (not that there's any chance that the Flames actually catch them - just a fun fact).

I whined a #### ton during the GDT but am glad to be proven wrong. Between the lead up and the officiating this felt doomed. Not so. Fantastic start to the trip. This is why I’m not a coach. Or goalie. Or ref.
Cali nailed it earlier today. This is a game the Flames were primed to lose so of course they pulled it out.
