I like the idea someone else on here had. Drones. Invest in millions of drones. If the war in Ukraine showed us anything, it's that drones can cause a serious headache for an invading army even if you are out manned and out gunned.

Take the same approach that Switzerland takes with firearms. Encourage citizens to train up and keep a few on hand in the event of an invasion.
