Having to pay for 2 different services for EPL & CL is criminal.
I know that's not an issue for Spurs or United fans, but sucks for the rest of us.

And to think I’ve tried to be kind about you guys bottling the league…again. Against West Ham of all teams, and in an absolutely hilarious fashion.

Not sure this is bottling. They've had more injuries than Liverpool with Salah in beast mode. The owner either wouldn't release the funds for a striker or they're waiting for better value/fit in the summer.

It’s bottling. The league this year was easier than others with City not running away with it and Liverpool dropping points. And don’t even start with injuries.

If this was Spurs we’d never hear the end of it. I hope this is the beginning of the collapse and we see them finish 3rd or 4th in the two horse race now.

You're right it was likely their best chance under Arteta. Maybe he's taken them as far as he can.

The term bottling is just overused for Arsenal.
They bottled it 2 years ago, Liverpool bottled it last season and this season has pretty much had Liverpool ahead all year; I mean they've only lost 1 match.

Arsenal is worthy of lots of criticism, but it's lazy to say bottled every time. Never had the squad to win it in the first place this season.

City and Liverpool have been putting up record point totals. It would be difficult having 3 teams all at once doing that.

That's the title for sure.
Well deserved, congrats Liverpool fans.
Salah has been a beast; can't hate on that guy. One of the best Premier League players of all time.

It isn’t bottling, they just aren’t good enough to win it. Especially with the absence of forwards, which could have been at least partially addressed in the January window.

I’m getting a feeling of Deja vu with the departure of Edu. This feels like having a similar impact to when Dein left in the early 2000s.

Every time I wonder....where the absolute FATA did this guy come from? He bounced around the world for a bit and then Chelsea didnt want him, Roma were going broke so Liverpool bought him and then....all of a sudden...LEGEND!

Sure it is. If you’d beaten lately West Ham, you’re within 5 points with a game in hand. Thats before Liverpool played today, and that point the league isn’t done. You win out from there and you win the league. Alas, you didn’t even get that far because you bottled it, at home against 16th place West Ham.

If Arsenal had won they would have been five back, but even in games. Still requires Liverpool to keep dropping points to have any chance. The game in hand comes from the Liverpool match yesterday so we would have been eight back now with a game in hand after Liverpool's win.

Manchester United have announced plans to make up to another 200 staff redundant as part of their continuing cost-cutting measures.

United announced their first wave of job losses last season with around 250 employees leaving in the summer. The latest cuts -- unveiled just days after the one-year anniversary of Sir Jim Ratcliffe's arrival as co-owner -- will be in addition to those redundancies and will affect between 150 and 200 club staff.

"We have a responsibility to put Manchester United in the strongest position to win across our men's, women's and academy teams," CEO Omar Berrada said in a statement released on Monday. "We are initiating a wide-ranging series of measures which will transform and renew the club.

Fire them all!

It isn’t bottling when you have a forward line so depleted, it fails to score against Leicester.

If I still gambled, I’d have had a good look at West Ham on Saturday. Arsenal have been terrible pretty much all season but had the talent to break teams down - until they all got injured.

I expect We’ll drop a few more games but manage to stay top 4.

If you do like a gamble - PSV are knocking Arsenal out - 100%

Bottling is having a solid lead and blowing it.

Bottling is not losing a match you "should win" when chasing other teams. The term would apply to every team, every season by that definition.
I get that it's a fun jab at Arsenal and has become the dig, but it's not accurate.
