I have a hard time with the political connections to these games. There are zero political ramifications to this game. None. Not saying it shouldn't be discussed, but it just doesn't matter at all.

And what the heck is USA even doing employing the trap for this tournament; its basically replacing the ASG. The real tournament is next year, this is supposed to be fun. Go wheel & deal out there.
The fact USA immediately employed the trap the rest of the game after taking the lead speaks to how desperate they were for a W against Canada, and is inherently shameful. Boooo!!!!!

Like I said I wasn't interested in this thing before, but the US/Canada games have me tuned in now and it does have some political reasons as well.
Trump has been threatening us since he came into office, and I want our team to kick the #### out of the US.
