Point-McDavid-Stone is top-heavy, but it seems to be working.

Crosby having a much better game today - looks quicker. He looked slow at times on Saturday.

My whole thing is McDavid, Crosby and MacKinnon on different lines. I think Stone makes most sense with Crosby but I'm not opposed to having him with McDavid necessarily as long as they hold the puck.
Things will work against a Finnish team that is two lines and one pairing deep that will be a problem vs the USA that has real depth. If you want to condense the talent into 3 lines, that's fine, but it can't be 2 lines that are a real threat and 2 that are out there to try to hold the fort.

The guy that does the analysis for "Hockey Psychology" on youtube should be a national-level analyst.
These guys are amateur hour by comparison.
Great hockey analysis exists out there, we're just shielded from it watching SN/HNIC.

NHL games should be mirrored after this tournament. Nobody wants to see a game that is all special teams. Let the players play.

Part of it is having to fill time, but large part of it is for those people to sound smart about hockey and thus important. Those that have played the game have a bit more leeway, but there are so many plays and decisions every shift, cherry picking the good ones or bad ones depending on the way the game is going, is common.
Confirmation bias is real though.

Pierre Poilievre is such a turd. Woke obsessions are ruining our country. Danielle Smith 2.0.

Not only that but how are you trying to sell YOURSELF as the reason people should vote for you? No one likes you. Just profoundly tone deaf.

Weeger can channel that frustration and rest.
Leading the Flames to the playoffs would be a bigger story in hockey this year than Canadian NHL players winning this HRR tournament, no matter how much money Sportsnet has sunk into the promo of these 7 games.

I personally don’t want over analysis of anything. I don’t wanna hear that Doughty farted clearing the front of the net and two minutes later it led to a goal. It just occurred to me how much of their analysis is just storytelling. Half the time it’s a one goal game where it’s about luck and skill combined. Mistakes happen.

I think I could hear one drunk guy booing before the anthem even started.
