It's shocking that they haven't scored one yet with all the firepower that they can throw out there.

Bad play by Crosby to force that pass. Didn't think it was great goal though either.

Mistakes happen. Cros will redeem himself.

Physicality seems to be a problem as well.

Bédard should be on the team

Goalie is the one position I’ve never played but seems to me the ‘best’ Canadian goalie in the nhl should stop that. Positioning?
Just seems like all our high level talent is being out-gritted and stifled. Close game though. It’s tied if not for binnington’s first stinker.

Relax, it's a one goal defecit.

We're not talking about the Flames scoring prowess here.

I'm not sure Reinhart is the right guy to have on the wing with McDavid. Need a guy whose first instinct isn't dump and chase. Maybe Jarvis?

I am relaxed. I'm making an observation on the game play so far. WTF?

McDavid so far has struggled to use his teammates.

You play your entire career with no teammates and you adapt to your surroundings

He's unselfishly tried to pass it to them a couple times when he should've taken it himself. I personally think he should be playing with Marner.

Need more shots. All this talent and they seem afraid to make a mistake. Big 3rd period to say the least.
